Valentine Yudashkin's outstanding Fall 2015.

Going through recent Fashion Weeks shows, I stumbled across Valentine Yudashkin's new fall-winter 2015 line, and realized how out-dated I was on his recent launches. And how more proud of my country he makes me feel!
For a forthcoming fall season, Valentine Yudashkin introduced a succession of 90's and 90's Rock-inspired outfits. As a matter of fact, the designer didn't just restrict himself with these two ideas. He opted for more sensuality and elegance, diaphanousness and purity. He created an amalgamation of tough rock attitude and sheer chic, pairing leather with light-weight fabrics and intricately refined embroidery and adornments. The color theme that is set for the collection is monochrome. A lot black at the beginning created a pretty dark but sophisticated mood for the line, but ivory -to the end of succession added lightness and ease that helped to smooth a sharp angle of the whole line.
Futuristic accents were to be found there as well. Polyamide ( non-flammable fabric) "invaded" monochrome base, generously spreading space era star shine. The special feasts for my eyes were an oversized parka and a structured dress.
The contrast, created by juxtaposition of black and ivory white, became a point where two edges collided, smooth and rough, and flown into each other for an idyllic harmony.
Also, I couldn't help falling in love with rich ruffled peplums , adorning the dresses; diaphanous top pieces, intricately embellished; bouclé rock vests with fur trims; capes and coats with extended collar lapels and of course, the finale evening gowns were superb!
And for a final word I want to gather all my impression and excitement together to say that the collection came out to be very refined, very dark with a glimpse of chic and immaculate handwork, and very Yudashkin. Bold and impressive!
