It is the zenith of the most marvelous season called Spring (forgetting about the allergies, ofcourse). The weather still dances on the edge of chill and warm. And while we still have a chance to enjoy cool evenings, until the summer heat commits a foray, we should enjoy keeping our sleeves long! To be more precise, let's wear sweatshirts until we really can't, until the sun takes it's highest point. And to make a statement out of it, wear it printed! Vividly, richly, lavishly printed! Be it Lady Gaga flashing her laudably sculptured body, or 8-bit Nutella print, or embracing flames, or ridiculousness in the face of cat ridding a unicorn, or floral plethora, or soothing nature. The list can go on and on, since the primatology has reigned the supreme the past couple seasons. Pair it with a sculptural flare skirt for a modern effect, with classic bell bottoms to achieve effortless chic, go print-on-print to look vibrant and audacious or team a peaceful beach print with surf shorts for a surf-tomboy twist. But these are just my combinations. Give rein to your imagination and just be fun and fashionable!

Cool warmth.
We are almost into summer, guys! And it means that the days of soothing chill are over. All of us are absolutely crazy about sweaters, and , thanks to the fashion world for adapting this cozy stylish attribute for warm-weather wearing, we can wear them when it is sizzling out. They use thinner yarns for the texture, inset airy pattern for ventilation and many more things for our comfort. Here are the sets with sweaters that I created just to fulfill my need for the cozy chic.

Magic hat.
I am always wondering if there are things that do not go well with hats. I never can find anything in my closet that wouldn't get elegantly elevated by a hat. It is just universally versatile! Whatever I wear, a hat, added as a finishing touch, provides a sensual feminine effect to my look. It either smoothens a bold selection of garments or, on the contrary, brings the edginess to a subtle outfit.
So, today , this " magical" accessory visually dissolved simplicity backbone of my all-black ( or almost all, if not paying any attention to a green olive accent, peering out from the overall darkness, lol) outfit. It added a little bit of casualty and smartness to my adolescent vintage look.
And, ofcourse , this day look couldn't go through without a smattering of bold jewelry, a metal cuff and a sterling silver reiterating element bracelet.

Gilded glamour all day long.
The type of winter days that fill my life with sulky grayness and cold, I yearn for, at least , a little of shine. I want to dispense with thick dark attire, and reveal myself to superb shine! I would not, for sure, turn myself into a golden fish that would beblind the entire universe ( hell, no!), but would try to master the key accents of the look, applying golden elements. Just the way I did when I was trying to build the look. For a chic glamourous update of my black-base look I wore a golden finely pleated skirt,a shirt with rhinestones-strewn palm trees design and a finishing accent was put by gilded pendant, chains and bangles. The entire outfit was sharpened by my favorite Harley Davidson rough booties.
That is how I turned down the grayness of the day with this sweet ensemble:-)

Simple look -sleek details.
Teal blouse with an interesting jeans-like collar, that makes the blouse itself look mesmerizingly unique paired with sequins bordered black long cardigan and crystal clear artificial stone pendant.
Leopard elements in different colour palettes entered the look with a pretty clashing function , but left a downright matching effect. Leopard belt in warm shades and black-and-white leopard socks happened to be pretty in sync with my look. "Fashion should be funny" - would me my excuse. LOL
And of course, a of heart-shaped studded pointy-toe flats cannot stay unmentioned! They set off the balance of black and golden in the look and made it predominating colours.

And do you ever go back to archives?
I'm being so dazed how useful it is sometimes to refresh some archives in your memory. You will probably see what you haven't spotted before or never seen at all. You will find a heap of mesmerizing and eye-catching things. That's what I did. I was curious how I would look nowadays at the collections of the past days. I decided to have a look at Burberry Prorsum collections, from the inaugural to the current. And "my theory" about the fact that time funk with our tastes nd opinions occurred to be correct! Since time has changed and I started to strain my eyes on details, I found Fall 2008 RTW very intricate and intriguing.
Firstly, I got amazed with chunky hems jewelry that Burberry launched. Huge stones appeared to be a prominent detail of every look. That was providing each look some really "valuable" touch. Like a piece of Royal chic.
Secondly, amalgamation of rough metal and stud accessories with sheer and delicate fabrics is conspicuously enchanting and edgy.
These dingle-dangle embellishments look tremendously posh with the rushed parts of garments.
This absolutely tough and rough wicked-dog collar bangle is being carefully soothed with draped texture of the dress and scaled outcoat.
Chunky metal-plate necklace spices up an overall look, makes it look fairly up-to-date from the point of view of technological progress. That is the benefit of fashion : that may wear and contain in its essentiality all the shades of events, hints, materials, styles and just everything that's our life imbued with.
And as a top-off , let's have a look at some overall looks to have a thorough image of all the pieces;)
